Quality control at Neurowave

Complaints procedure at Neurowave

Nevertheless, sometimes something can go wrong and you are disappointed or dissatisfied. If this is the case, it is best to contact the involved care provider about this. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, conflicting expectations or insufficient communication and your dissatisfaction can be resolved in a conversation. Perhaps something went wrong without us being aware of it, in which case we would like to hear from you. Firstly, because we want to correct the mistake as soon as possible and, secondly, because we want to avoid such a mistake in the future.

If you cannot resolve the matter in a conversation and your dissatisfaction persists, you can contact the complaints officer E.S.A. Dijkstra: Available at [email protected]/020-4210473.

Neurowave is affiliated to the ‘Geschillencommissie Zorg’ (health care disputes committee) This is an independent organisation that handles complaints you may have about Neurowave as a healthcare provider. In addition, Neurowave has a quality mark for HKZ small organisations. Alongside are the links to our quality mark, quality statute, the GGZ General Conditions of Delivery 2017, our code of conduct and our regulation of complaints.
