Do you already have a referral letter from your GP?
By clicking on the button below, you can register directly for rTMS treatment. You should already have a referral from your GP or psychiatrist. If you do not yet have a referral letter from your GP or if you have any questions first, please contact us for more information.
The referral is possible through Neurowave’s secure patient portal. Based on the information provided, an intake can be scheduled at Neurowave. You will be called at short notice to schedule the intake, no later than one week after registration.
Please note:
On the application screen, you can attach the referral letter as a copy or scan (.doc, .pdf, .odt, .jpg, .png). If the referral letter consists of several pages, please attach all pages.
Please note:Please indicate under contraindications whether any of the following situations apply to you:
- Epilepsy, (or epilepsy in the family)
- A brain stroke
- Psychotic depression
- Metal implants in the head
- A neurosurgical procedure in the past.
- Substance abuse/addiction
- A recent suicide attempt or hospitalisation (< 6 months ago)
At Neurowave, you can get treatment quickly!
An intake appointment can generally be scheduled at Neurowave within 1-2 weeks. The rTMS treatment can start 1-3 weeks after the intake.
